DIRECTOR, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS
The Director, Marketing and Communications (DMC) is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic communications and marketing plans and initiatives that position United Way Southern Vancouver Island (UWSVI) as a key leader and influencer in the social services sector. This position is responsible for the management of the UWSVI brand and all public messaging and communications. As a member of the leadership team the DMC plays a key role in strategic visioning, planning and implementation of the organization’s mandate.
DONOR RELATIONS OFFICER
The Donor Relations Officer (DRO) reports to the Director, Donor & Partner Relations (DDPR) as a key fundraising and relationship manager. Responsible for optimizing donations and revenue at workplace accounts by increasing number of employee donations and growing average donation amounts. The incumbent will have a passion for the donor, strong organizational skills, and to meet and exceed fundraising goals.
United Way Southern Vancouver Island (UWSVI) is seeking an Accounting Associate. This position assists primarily in accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation of bank and general ledger accounts.
