  • Youth(s) is/are able to participate in a stress-buster workshop aimed at helping teens cope with daily stress and anxiety to support their mental wellness.
  • Child(ren) is/are provided with a year of mentoring to develop new skills in problem solving and goal setting becoming more resilient and engaged in their school and community.
  • Youth(s) is/are provided a monthly bus pass to be able to travel to potential employment and/or school.
  • Youth(s) who have a sibling with a disability is/are able to participate in a teen support group and therapeutic recreational program.
  • Community volunteer(s) is/are provided training to safely mentor children and learn about child development, diversity and the impacts of adversity in families.

  • At risk youth(s) who has/have secured housing is/are provided with start-up household and kitchen staples.
  • Child(ren) and youth(s) is/are provided with safety training to support their knowledge and understanding of healthy boundaries and relationships, and who to turn to if they feel unsafe or unsure.
  • Isolated single mother(s) and child(ren) are matched with caring, experienced mentor(s) for one year of mentoring, friendship, parenting support and community-building.
  • Vulnerable adult(s) is/are able to access a legal advocate to receive information, referrals, advice, or representation for employment standards and lost wages disputes.
  • Vulnerable adult(s) is/are able to obtain personal identification needed for ongoing employment.
  • Indigenous female(s) impacted by violence, abuse and inter-generational trauma is/are able to participate in a one-month bridging program to reclaim their life and build financial security and sustain employment.
  • Hard to employ adult(s) is/are able to participate in an 8-week employment skills training program that supports their mental wellness and the development of employment skills.
  • Adult(s) who are vulnerable to housing instability is/are able to complete a 12-hour training course to build their renter knowledge, skills and confidence.
  • Low-income family/families is/are able to receive 4 hours of one-on-one coaching to support with budgeting and financial goals as part of their financial literacy development.
  • Homeless adult(s) is/are provided a hot, nutritious meal and a sense of community.
  • Homeless youth(s) is/are provided with a sleeping mat.
  • Youth(s) is/are provided with supplies to prepare and maintain a section of a community garden for youth food security.
  • Homeless adult(s) is/are housed for one year and provided additional supplements.
  • Vulnerable senior(s) is/are able to receive a refurbished hearing aid with 3 years worth of batteries and custom ear molds.
  • Peer outreach worker(s) is/are able to work with 75 clients a month to support them through their mental health and addictions issues.
